Payment
I accept PayPal and card payments through PayPal.
I do not accept checks or postal orders.
After receiving your order, I send the parcel within 3-6 days, depending on the volume of work.
Postage and delivery
If you are located outside of Serbia, including all EU countries, you may have to pay import duties, VAT, other taxes, postage fees or other charges on your part. Typically your country's postal service will contact you to arrange payment of these fees before delivering the package to you. I am not responsible for these taxes and fees, you are. Please check with your local postal service or appropriate authority to find out what the current import cost thresholds are where you live and what taxes and/or duties you may be subject to.
I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Overseas clients
Parcels to America are tracked on the Serbia Post website and on the USPS website.
Parcels to Europe, Canada and the rest of the world are tracked by Serbia Post.
Delivery costs are calculated depending on the value of your order.
Postage on orders under $50 USD is $8 USD.
Postage on orders from 50 to 100 is $10 USD.
Orders over $100 get free shipping.
In the rare event that your package has not arrived, please contact me and we can resolve the issue together.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
To cancel an order, contact me within 30 minutes of completing the order process and I will issue a full refund.
The buyer must return the goods within 7 days of delivery.
In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me to arrange a return. If damaged, I will either remake the item if I can or refund your money. Refunds will not be issued until I receive the item back from you.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if item is not returned in original condition.
Age and suitability
My glass beads are not intended for use by children or children as they are a choking hazard or break if mishandled.
My beads are glass, and although each bead is carefully annealed, they are still glass and can break if mishandled, dropped, or hit something hard. If broken, discard immediately.
