Welcome to Darlin Beads Studio. Each item in our shop is handcrafted to order. Please read our store policies carefully before making a purchase.

Order Processing and Cancellation

All beads are made by hand after the order is placed.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted, as production will have already started.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide.
Darlin Beads Studio is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damage caused by postal services outside of our country.
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
The buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment and ensuring the timely receipt of the package.

Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their order. If any issues arise, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Depending on the situation, we will either recreate the item (if possible) or issue a full refund after receiving the returned item.

Return Conditions

The buyer must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will only be issued after the item is received in its original condition.
Any loss in value due to improper return may result in a partial refund.
